Términos de uso

Estos términos regulan el uso de la aplicación Pleembed (la «App»). Al crear una cuenta y marcar la casilla de aceptación, confirmas que has leído y aceptas estos términos y la política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la App.

1. Quién puede usar Pleembed

La App es exclusivamente para mayores de 18 años. Al registrarte declaras que tienes al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para aceptar estos términos. No está permitido usar la App si tienes prohibido el acceso conforme a la legislación aplicable.

2. Qué es Pleembed

Pleembed es una aplicación de citas y contactos que te permite crear un perfil, descubrir a otras personas mediante deslizamiento o cuadrícula, filtrar por criterios como la distancia, hacer «match» cuando hay interés mutuo y chatear. Algunas funciones requieren una cuenta verificada y otras están reservadas a usuarios Premium.

3. Tu cuenta

Eres responsable de la veracidad de los datos de tu perfil y de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. Una cuenta es personal e intransferible. Para registrarte debes verificar tu dirección de correo. Debes notificarnos cualquier uso no autorizado en admin@pleembed.es.

4. Normas de conducta

Al usar Pleembed te comprometes a NO:

• Suplantar a otra persona ni falsear tu identidad o tu edad.
• Acosar, amenazar, insultar o incitar al odio o a la violencia.
• Publicar contenido ilegal, difamatorio, o que vulnere derechos de terceros.
• Subir contenido sexual de menores; esto se denunciará a las autoridades de inmediato.
• Compartir fotos íntimas de terceros sin su consentimiento.
• Enviar spam, publicidad, estafas, enlaces fraudulentos o solicitar dinero.
• Recopilar datos de otros usuarios ni usar bots, scraping o automatizaciones.
• Intentar vulnerar la seguridad de la App o acceder a datos ajenos.

5. Contenido que publicas

Conservas la titularidad del contenido que subes (fotos, biografía, mensajes). Nos concedes una licencia limitada para alojarlo y mostrarlo dentro de la App con el único fin de prestar el servicio. Eres el único responsable del contenido que publicas y de tener derecho a hacerlo.

Puedes marcar fotos como privadas y compartir fotos efímeras en el chat. Si decides compartir contenido privado o íntimo con otro usuario, lo haces bajo tu responsabilidad: no podemos impedir que el receptor lo conserve por otros medios.

6. Moderación

Para proteger a la comunidad, las fotos y biografías pueden revisarse antes de hacerse visibles. Podemos revisar, ocultar o eliminar contenido y suspender o cancelar cuentas que incumplan estos términos o la ley. Dispones de herramientas de reporte y bloqueo dentro de la App. Las denuncias por motivos de seguridad se priorizan.

7. Suscripción Premium

La App ofrece funciones premium mediante compra o códigos promocionales. La compra se puede realizar en la web (pago procesado por Stripe) o dentro de la app en Android a través de Google Play. Premium es una compra única (sin renovación automática); cada plan da acceso durante su periodo y los detalles están en la política de cancelación y reembolsos. Los códigos promocionales conceden acceso temporal sin pago y caducan según sus condiciones. Podemos conceder acceso premium de forma gratuita o promocional a nuestra discreción, sin que ello genere derecho alguno a mantenerlo.

8. Sin garantías

Pleembed es un servicio para conocer gente; no garantizamos resultados, coincidencias ni la veracidad de los perfiles de otros usuarios. Usa el sentido común y toma precauciones al relacionarte con desconocidos, especialmente al quedar en persona. La App se presta «tal cual», dentro de lo permitido por la ley.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la legislación aplicable, no seremos responsables de los daños indirectos derivados del uso de la App ni de la conducta de otros usuarios. Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse legalmente.

10. Baja

Puedes dejar de usar la App y eliminar tu cuenta y todos tus datos en cualquier momento desde la propia App.

11. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Publicaremos aquí la versión vigente y, si el cambio es sustancial, te lo notificaremos a través de la App. El uso continuado tras un cambio implica su aceptación.

12. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier cuestión puedes escribir a admin@pleembed.es.

These terms govern the use of the Pleembed application (the "App"). By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who can use Pleembed

The App is exclusively for adults 18 and over. By registering you declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You may not use the App if you are barred from access under applicable law.

2. What Pleembed is

Pleembed is a dating and social discovery app that lets you create a profile, discover other people by swiping or grid, filter by criteria such as distance, "match" when there is mutual interest, and chat. Some features require a verified account and others are reserved for Premium users.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for keeping your credentials confidential. An account is personal and non-transferable. To register you must verify your email address. You must notify us of any unauthorised use at admin@pleembed.es.

4. Code of conduct

When using Pleembed you agree NOT to:

• Impersonate anyone or falsify your identity or age.
• Harass, threaten, insult or incite hatred or violence.
• Post illegal or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Upload child sexual content; this will be reported to the authorities immediately.
• Share intimate photos of others without their consent.
• Send spam, advertising, scams, fraudulent links or solicit money.
• Collect other users' data or use bots, scraping or automation.
• Attempt to breach the App's security or access others' data.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you upload (photos, bio, messages). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it within the App solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for having the right to do so.

You can mark photos as private and share ephemeral photos in chat. If you choose to share private or intimate content with another user, you do so at your own risk: we cannot prevent the recipient from keeping it by other means.

6. Moderation

To protect the community, photos and bios may be reviewed before becoming visible. We may review, hide or remove content and suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or the law. Reporting and blocking tools are available to you within the App. Reports raising safety concerns are prioritised.

7. Premium subscription

The App offers premium features via purchase or promo codes. The purchase can be made on the web (payment processed by Stripe) or inside the app on Android through Google Play. Premium is a one-time purchase (no auto-renewal); each plan grants access for its period and the details are in the cancellation and refund policy. Promo codes grant temporary access at no cost and expire according to their terms. We may grant premium access for free or on a promotional basis at our discretion, without creating any right to retain it.

8. No warranties

Pleembed is a service to meet people; we do not guarantee results, matches or the truthfulness of other users' profiles. Use common sense and take precautions when interacting with strangers, especially when meeting in person. The App is provided "as is", as far as the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App or from the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Leaving

You may stop using the App and delete your account and all your data at any time from within the App.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version here and, if the change is substantial, notify you through the App. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any question you can write to admin@pleembed.es.
